Shipping methods
Shipments within Greece (within Attiki):
• For orders with a total net value of less than €100, the shipping cost is €3 +VAT.
• For orders with a total net value of more than €100, shipment is free of charge*.
* The shipping costs mentioned above shall apply only if the shipping company contracted by CONSECT is used. In case you want to use a shipping company of your choice other than the one contracted by CONNECTIVITY & SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES SINGLE MEMBER P.C., the shipping costs shall be borne by the Client, regardless of whether the order is above €100.
Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge. Should you wish to have your order delivered on a Saturday, please specify so in the order’s comments.
Shipments within Greece (except Attiki):
• For orders with a total weight of up to 3 kg, the shipping cost is €3 +VAT.
• For orders with a total weight of more than 3 kg, the shipping cost is 3 € + 1 €/kg + VAT.
Shipments to Cyprus:
For shipments to Cyprus and total order weight up to 3 kg, the shipping cost is €15 +VAT, while over 3 kg there is an additional charge of €1/kg +VAT.
Alternatively, the shipment of the goods can be carried out by the courier / carrier indicated by the customer to CONNECTIVITY & SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES MON.IKE, with receipt from the company's headquarters and shipping costs are covered by the client.
Delivery of Orders:
Deliveries to Athens and Thessaloniki shall take place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 until 17:00, whereas deliveries to all other cities in Greece shall take place according to the delivery schedule of the contracted shipping company.
Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge. Should you wish to have your order delivered on a Saturday, please specify so in the order’s comments.
Deliveries placed until 15:00 shall be delivered the following business day (for city-to-city delivery) with the exception of large volume and heavy orders, which shall be delivered within 1-2 days from the aforementioned time limit. For all other areas, the delivery schedule of the contracted shipping company shall apply. In case you would like your order to be delivered immediately, please mention this in your order’s comments. In such case, shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Client.
The above time limitations shall not apply in the event of extreme weather conditions, strikes or any force majeure which may affect delivery times.
CONSECT is not responsible for non-observance delivery days and times on behalf of the contracted transport companies.
CONNECTIVITY & SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. reserves the right to change the shipping costs at any time, depending on the volume of the order.
