Product return policy

In case you wish to return equipment which has been purchased directly through our e-shop www.draytek.gr, please contact us by sending relevant email to info@draytek.gr within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. The equipment must be in its factory packaging, must not be damaged externally or internally, must not have been used, opened or damaged and must be accompanied by all its accessories (power supplies, parts, cables, antennas, user manuals, etc.) in the manufacturer’s packaging, which must have no defects.

 

No returns shall be possible of equipment, which has been delivered on special order, has been sold at a special price or is a stock clearance product.

 

The shipping costs for returned equipment shall be borne by the sender who shall be responsible for arranging the transportation.
