3-Year Warranty!
VigorPlus Service offers extention of warranty up to 3 years in total. In case a techincal issue* may occur, it will be covered under the warranty and the customer is not be charged with any spare parts, labor and replacement costs.
Immediate Replacement!
If you suspect that your DrayTek equipement is defective or facing any technical issues, our experienced Technical Department will help you diagnose and solve the problem and advise whether it can be repaired or replaced. If so, a replacement unit will be shipped oute at the same day in order to receive it the next business day. In case you want to bring the equipment to our service center (Attica), then the diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair or any replacement process will be done on the spot!
VigorPlus Service is available for purchase within 15 days from product purchase. Within 30 days customer registration is required in LEXIS system. VigorPlus Service is subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions.
