VigorSwitch G2542x is a Layer 2+ Managed 10Gbps Switch with 54 ports, specially designed to offer a fully scalable, secure and stable network to medium and large enterprises. The hardware interface of the switch includes 48 x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 6 x SFP+ 10Gbps Fiber links, console port, DC and AC power inputs offering greater deployment flexibility.

Supporting advanced Layer 3 functions, DHCP server and VLAN routing, VigorSwitch G2542x improves network efficiency and ensures smooth operation of the LAN network even when the gateway is offline, making it ideal for use as a central switch in SMB.

It has 216Gbps switching capacity and supports Link Aggregation up to 8 groups of 8 port members, traffic load balancing (based on MAC Address, IP/MAC Address) and QoS to avoid network overload. In addition, it enables VLAN creation by supporting Voice VLAN, Surveillance VLAN, 802.1q Tag-based/Protocol/MAC-based/Management VLAN.

VigorSwitch G2542x supports the ONVIF protocol with live video streaming from a camera and camera management through the Switch's Web Interface (GUI). Like all DrayTek switches and access points, it is manageable through the central router's web interface and VigorACS 3 central management software, through which the network administrator can view, configure and make bulk changes to all connected in it DrayTek devices.
