DrayTek Vigor2136 is a Dual-WAN broadband router (since FW v5.4.0) with 1-year Threat Protection service. It features a 2.5G WAN port and is designed for businesses and demanding users seeking advanced connectivity, security, and management features.

Its hardware interface includes two 2.5G ports, one for WAN and one for LAN, which can be configured as a second WAN. Additionally, it has three LAN ports, two USB ports, and a factory reset button.

The Vigor2136 is equipped with DrayTek's new DrayOS 5 operating system, supporting IAM (Identity and Access Management), which enables the application of policies for managing and controlling user access to business resources. It also supports up to 16 VPN tunnels with the ability to create Site-to-Site VPN and Teleworker VPN connections, utilizing protocols such as IPsec, IKEv1/IKEv2, IKEv2-EAP, IPsec-XAuth, OpenVPN, and WireGuard.

Advanced features of the Vigor2136 include Bandwidth management policies (QoS, VoIP prioritization, IP-based Bandwidth Limit, etc.), failover capability, and WAN Data Budget support. It also supports up to 8 VLANs (802.1Q Tag-based, Port-based), includes a built-in DHCP server, and offers a Hotspot Web Portal with “click through” authentication and external portal server support.

It provides advanced security features and traffic monitoring and can operate as a Virtual Controller for the free management of up to 20 DrayTek access points and 5 DrayTek switches. It is also manageable through DrayTek's VigorACS platform.
